Possible wrongful termination

Last week I was called in by my boss and human resources and presented with a write up for a policy that I broke which I admitted to breaking and the write up stated it was a final write up and if I broke another policy I would be fired,even though I had never received any kind other kind of policy breaking write up in 18yrs if employment..I was also repmanded and intergorated for a party that I had while I was not working working and then I was given my yearly evaluation and was told I didn't meet exceptions of my job..So yesterday I get called in again by the same people and Iam being intergorated again saying that I broke another policy and that they knew last week that I had broke this supposed other policy when they had spoke to me about the other stuff but they didn't bring it up because they felt like they had already overwhelmed me with the other stuff so they waited a whole week to confront me about this other supposed policy that I broke and they let me work another week..

If the company policy you broke was to always spell and grammar check all of your correspondence before sending, I can't help you. There's no such word as "intergorated" (I guess you mean "interrogated"), and by "exceptions" I have to assume you mean "expectations".  If, however, you were fired for reasons unrelated to the above, and if you feel the reasons were a pretext for firing you because of your age, gender, race, religion, nationality or some other protected class, you may have been wrongfully terminated based on illegal discrimination. If you were reprimanded/written up for breaking a company policy, that policy must be in writing, and the right to see it. If you haven't done so, you should explore whether you're entitled to severance pay, and if so, make sure you get it.
