Possible wrongful termination in Ohio

More details to this question:
I was Fired for being unprofessional on a call with a customer attempting to collect past due invoice.This is 1st party business collections for the company directly. Had no previous write ups or disciplinary action against me . Can I be fired for a specific reason without previous write ups & am I to be given opportunity to present my side of the incident upon termination since multiple errors made by another employee leading to the incident I was fired for

You should apply for unemployment benefits and you may receive them. However, the brief facts you have provided do not provide a basis for suing your employer.
