My question is this I have worked for a month through a temp agency I had an allergic reaction to the hand sanitizer I used on line an broke out with a rash I told my boss an they had me file an accident report an take a drug test I previously told my boss that my doc had put me on new medication an offered to bring in a statement but they refused my statement I failed the drug test due to my prescribed medications and they suspended me on spot without pay for up to 10 days is this legal? What can I do about this?
