Question about worker compensation &

About 2 month ago I had an accident at work. Work for well know company . I performed machine operator , like power washer. I was power washing the machine got caught on fire on me. My lips got burned also inhale a lot of smoke. Smoke went to my lung. I suffer with migraine , short breath , Vomiting , Chest pain , Sleep at night. While the accident occurred , a worker had told me that building manager and her staff was laughing while I was on fire. Didn’t received no help what so ever . On top of it , they had refused to make an accident report , more over I was threating by my supervisor if missing day at work , u will end up loosing your job. I was still working after the accident , While I was working again I almost pass out from dizziness. Feeling chest pain. EMS took me to the hospital , I was admitted for 2 days. Still this day I’m suffering from headache , Chest pain , Vomiting , Sleeping at night , Feeling weak. Also went to hospital back 2 back due to a severe head.
