QUESTION

Reasonable Cause

Asked on May 07th, 2013 on Labor and Employment - New Jersey
More details to this question:
In our contract a section states, "If the company has reasonable cause.." In a letter I received they use the words "reasonable basis". and avoid using "reasonable cause". Without reasonable cause they cannot force me to undergo any testing other than standard FAA physical which I passed in March but they ignore. This is from the same individual who called me dishonest, unethical on my last sick call in Sept when I was under a doctors care.. I've been threatened with disipline, termination, suspension, insubordination numerous times over the last 9 months in violation of thier own policies.FAA regulations prohibit operations with a medical deficiency.
