More details to this question:
I recently put my two weeks in to start another job. The new job sent a offer letter which both parties signed. I had questions about health insurance which wasn't stated in the offer letter. When I went the day before to turn tax papers in they told me they are rescind my offer letter and that health benefits were stated in it.
