I filed a complaint with my company about my boss whistling at me and i feel retaliation from him..he has told employees what is in my personnel file, and says one more write up he can fire me . What is my next step of action.

This could be unlawful retaliation, but it might not be as well. You probably should consult with an employment attorney to go over the details.
