More details to this question:
In short, I was being sexually, emotionally and verbally harassed by a co-worker that I worked with for about 8 months or so .. I reported it to management and requested to not have to work with, or see that employee at work ever again ... they did nothing but force me to continue to working with him, it continued for 6 or seven months more until I was contacted by a workers compensation lawyer .. after the job was served with the notice, they then discontinued me working with the guy and they fired their manager. I have since then been in the hospital for a month and am still out of work on workers comp. ... that is basically the summary of it all.

the key is the response of the employer. they did have you stop working with the bad employee. they did fire the manager. they are paying your medical bills. you could argue that the employer's response should have been more timely. however, i would not spend the money and i would not incur the stress. ed dimon
