Sexual harassment or Sexual coercion

More details to this question:
I was involved in a sexual relationship with a supervisor It started with unwanted advances that I tried to stop and prevent.I consented because I was intimidated that he would retaliate with hostile work environment. I didn't report because I had a previous hostile work situation with another supervisor that I reported, it went unresolved. Do I  have case to sue?

the key to success is putting the employer on written notice about the behavior in order that the employer can correct the conduct. you will not be successful without giving the employer both written notice and the opportunity to correct. ed dimon, esq.
