Sexual Harrassment & Hostile work place

Boss asked me (executive assistant) the following in front of another senior manager: "Would you be my hooker at the awards banquet" - "I heard you were really good" and I replied: "I believe you have the wrong person sir" and he left the room and came back in just a minute and said "you know I was just kidding, right?" -- Also, he asked me to practice writing his wife's name and after I did, he gave me some documents and told me to sign them and I didn't even realize at that moment that it was wrong. I ended up in the hospital right after that for anxiety reasons and was on medical leave for a couple weeks and seek physiological help with this situation as I need my job and I really love my job but it's hard to deal with some of this.
