Should I get paid for training?

More details to this question:
What if I did on the job training 20 hours last week, and 30 hours this week. Should I get paid for these 50 Hours? I wasn't told that training is not paid when I was hired.

In general, if you are an employee (not a contractor or 1099 worker), your employer must pay you for any training that it requires you to complete.
