More details to this question:
I was lay off of my job and star working part time for cash money in a medical office as a assistant. From the very first day the doctor start giving me inappropriate comments and asking me to give him massages. i kindly use to respond that my job is to be assistant, and i will ignore him everytime he will make a comment.one day i was alone in the office and he came trying to convince me to give him a massage or at least try to relax him a little bit. Of course i ignored him.he was asking me to give him a massage with a happy ending and wanted to to EKG on me. (i was not a patient). i quit the job and the only proof i have is few of my friends that know what was going on and a voice mail that he left on my cell trying to apologize. Is that proof enough to sue him?
