I was terminated after I married my wife. The company tried to cover it up by saying I stole a computer monitor which was not true. I was bullied for several months by the person who accused me of stealing. Management was well aware of the bullying issues and did nothing about it. The company had just renewed my contract and I was on a special projects team.

You may have a claim for sex discrimination if you were fired because of your sexual orientation. You may also have a claim if you were bullied (harassed) due to your sexual orientation. You should consult with an experienced attorney as soon as possible to discuss your options.
