Terminated from job with no specific reason

More details to this question:
Working as a construction safety rep. No specific reason given for termination. 150 employees on this project with a perfect safety record. (70,000) man hours worked without an OSHA recordable and I was never reprimanded in any way. The project is scheduled into next year.

do you have an employment contract ? if not, do you have an employee manual which sets forth the termination procedures ? were either the terms of thecontract or the manual breached ? this would be your basis for a complaint. we can review if that would be helpful. ed dimon, esq.
