I have a signed and notarized document stating my job can't fire me for 5 years unless I do something illegal. I also have text messages of my boss harassing me and giving me attitude. I posted something on Facebook about salary but no names were ever mention and now he thinks I was talking about his company and is firing me. Can I sue?

It depends on the agreement you are referencing, and what you did. If the agreement says what you say, I think you might have a case.
