More details to this question:
Greetings, Until Yesterday, I worked for an Audi franchise service center in NJ as an Auto Technician. Yesterday, I was fired after five years with no discernible cause or explanation other than “your services are no longer needed “. When I made an inquiry as to why, I was told “we are just moving on”. They gave me a form that said “terminated”. Do I have any legal rights?
