More details to this question:
I worked for Walmart in 2006 to 2013.I worked as a salesfloor /cashier/Jewelry,walmart states in their handbook that theres a rule stating that employees can't not let a customer help themselves or ask for a small knife which they have and it's a dull one at that.I was terminated cause of that but the night before my supervisor which isn't there anymore they made him manager of other store give me a my Yearly Evaluation before he terminated. Now, I called corporate office and talked to the district manager, he told me that he would give me the termination papers. Noone never give me any papers in or outside of walmart . I kept looking inside their handbook or of book of conduct and nothing states in there about why they terminated me besides there was no blood and they took picture that night, that was april 4th.I don't know if this is labor law or wrongful termination. Do I still have a case ? Walmart gave me nothing to show that night and the superthat terminated me,got amanagers job

You can be terminated for any reason or no reason at all. Unless there was an unlawful reason for your termination, you could be terminated by your employer.   Ohio Employment Attorney: www.mcoffmanlegal.com
