I am actually asking this question for a friend .. he works for a company that removes asbesto he was working at this company when they came to him and said that they had searched his car and found marijuana .. they never showed him any proof of that and only told him that they would not do anything
I'm unsure of your question. If your friend was terminated, he could certainly be terminated if his employer believed him to be in possession of an illegal substance.
