Vacation Pay

More details to this question:
I worked at my job for almost 2 years . At the beginning of the year ( January) i got 10 paid vacations days . I got fired on the 26th of January . Now my hr said that i don't get paid because they changed the policy.

Whether you are entitled to vacation depends upon the employer's policy. Policies may be changed. You may want to pursue the vacation pay in small claims court, but it might be worthwhile to contact an employment attorney to discuss this situation.   Ohio employment attorney www.mcoffmanlegal.com
