Vacation/ personal pay after being fired

More details to this question:
Does an employer still have to pay me for the hours I accumulated of vacation/ personal days before I was fired? I am in the state of Pennsylvania and worked for a privately owned day care.

There's no law entitling you to be paid for accumulated but unused vacation.  However, if your employer has a written policy that it will do that, then you can enforce that against the employer.
