Vacation time

More details to this question:
The company is located in Ohio. If an employee gives a two notice that is required by the company and has unused vacation time available are they entitled to receive those monies on their last paycheck? Nothing is written in the handbook about how this is handled.

There is no law in Ohio requiring you to be paid unused vacation upon separation from employment.   Ohio Employment Attorney www.mcoffmanlegal.com
