QUESTION

wage discrimination

Asked on Aug 05th, 2017 on Labor and Employment - North Carolina
More details to this question:
Been at my job for over 18 years. No pay raise for over 7 years. I put in my 2 weeks notice on Monday. They sent me home and said since it was a send position they would pay fme for the 2 weeks, but they made me post date my paper for the last day I was going to originally work to. Since I left they have given the male employee(I'm female) a $3 an hour raise. My question is is this wage discrimination and is it legal for them to have me post date my form?
