Was i wrongfully terminated?

More details to this question:
I got hurt on the job and my representative saught me to the doctor. Almost a month later they came to me with a point that for that day. I've tried to dispute it and the supervisor said he wasn't going to over turn the point. So that terminated and I've tired getting to the bottom of it. My representative went back and put my doctors notes with my days and when I finally got in touch with him. He said he was with me that I shouldn't have gotten a point for going to the doctor. To where it was my job performance that the company want allow him to let me back in the plant. So I went the representative boss and he said that he was going to investigate it because on paper work it stated I was terminated for points. When he finally got back in touch with me had said it had something to do with safety. I felt like I was giving the run around. He said I wasn't taking his answer to him not letting me go back so he felt uncomfortable with his representatives placing me on a job. So he ended my

I really cannot tell what has happened from this post.  What is a representative?   Do you mean a union steward? Did they fire you for violation of safety rules? Did they fire you because you sought medical treatment for an on-the-job injury (workers compensation)?  If you were terminated because of a workers compensation claim, you may have a legal claim against your former employer.  You probably should consult with an employment attorney to help you sort through this.
