More details to this question:
they aredening me unemployment benefits.they are labeling me as misconduct.and using my accident as a safety learning video.found this out recently.I have been trying to draw since 10/16/13.they have put me in a hardship.tried to get connected with legalaide they called when I am out looking for a job.never can get anyone on the phone.what are my oppys.

You need to appeal the denial of benefits and retain an attorney to represent you for the unemployment appeals hearing.
