More details to this question:
My female manager asked me several times to wear tight white pants and dance in front of her and the all female office like Will Ferrell did on a late night tv show. I finally relented and did it even though I told a co-worker I felt uncomfortable doing it.

If this was one incident, then problably not. If this is ongoing, and is of a sexual nature, then it may be. In general, if you are being sexually harassed by a supervisor, and the employer has a policy regarding sexual harassment, you must use that policy (i.e. do what it says like file a compaint with HR etc.) and until you do, the employer is not liable for the sexual harassment.
