More details to this question:
I’m been working for a company for 3 years on a salary for 50 hours a week or more, where the company tells me where and how long I have to work with different schedule every week, my question is since 2 years ago I’m been paying with 1099 I spoke with my management supervisor and owner but they said they can’t pay me on W2 because I don’t have the proper license for the business and that they were told by payment management that they can’t put my on W2 I feel really disappointed because I feel they are lying and taking vantage of my person, what I should do ? Do you think I have a case or the company is doing something that they can do on the three years the first year I was W2 but in the second year they make me sign a paper for my change on the taxes if I refuse I lose my job, also once they did make me get an private medical insurance where they took $90 a week from my check but for my surprise when I try to use my insurance I couldn't I did call the insurance company and they told me that my insurance was cancelled since the first month I try to talk to my boss and she told me that she made a mistake and cancelled my insurance instead another coworker but the funny thing it was the coworker that she mention was fired before the insurance program that they offered to us, she give me the half of the money that I did pay but at that work you can't do or say nothing because you need the job. Since last November I'm been treated very unfairly they cut my hours and treatment with discrimination because I don't have the proper license to work over there but they knew it from the begging also they said they cut my hours because they don't have money but they bought another company and hired 2 people since November to today I feel really abused by my boss help me please I know that Las Vegas is really difficult to win versus to employee.

You may report this to IRS. They call this mis-classification. You likely should be W-2, and failure to do so has serious consequences for the employer. They are liable for your matching social security, your Medicare payments, etc. That being said, reporting this could cause you to be discharged. It is your call. Perhaps you should find a job with a real employer?

Update Your Profile
Contact your state's department of labor and tell them what has been happening. It may be that the employer is trying to get out of paying your taxes when it should be.
