The background would need to be thoroughly evaluated in a consultation. If you have not done so already, try to write out a history of the issues you have had and how you have tried to have them addressed, including the names and positions of supervisors with whom you have tried to address the issues. Make a list of employees and former employees who may be able to confirm any events or who may have had similar experiences.
