What can I do about this interview discrimination?

More details to this question:
My daughter had a interview last Sunday and was asked a lot of personal questions examples 1) who she lived with 2) how long me n her stepfather have been married 3) does she have a new or old car? .. She told him new and he said oh daddy bought you a new car and she said no my grandparents did4) why she left high school and when she told him why bc she had a severe car accident and kids were talking about her hr said you must have been drinking and driving and she said no I was not 5) asked her if she graduated she said yes and he said I don't know how with your English . I reported him to his DM
