QUESTION

What Can I Do Before It's Too Late?

Asked on Apr 24th, 2017 on Labor and Employment - Tennessee
More details to this question:
I work for a disposal company and have been complaining that the trucks are a safety & health hazard nothing has been done to fix the trucks and i ran into a tree because of brake failure while hauling about 8 tons of compacted trash going downhill, thankfully i did not suffer any injuries and was lucky that the tree held the truck from going any further because 20 feet from the tree was a high voltage power plant that could have ended my life, now i am afraid to get back into one of those unsafe trucks they have available for me to drive, what can i do?,if i do not drive them i have no job and if i do drive them i am risking my license and my life, thank you.
