Asked on Mar 26th, 2014 on Labor and Employment - Michigan
More details to this question:
I was laid off on February 14, 2014 and the separation agreement I signed states that I will receive severance within 30 days of the date on the agreement, which was February 14, 2014. It is now March 26, 2014 and I have not received my severance pay. I have called and they will not return my call. I have emailed and they finally replied stating they are working on it.
