what can i do when im being harassed at work?

Im walking on egg shells and want to leave my job now.eveyday when I come into work I'm being harassed.they told me if I get another warning I'm fired .I'm being accused of thing I have not done.Can I just walk out .Im mentally and physically ill.have made 2 doctors appointments first one today second 1 wed.
