What class action can I file for sexual harassment at work?

More details to this question:
I am actively being sexually harassed and my job threatened by my manager. I've discovered there are no less than 2-5 other victims (probably more). We also have a full gamut of other issues as well including retaliation after a worker’s compensation claim leading to wrongful termination. Also, failure to pay overtime and falsified / manipulation of hours reported to payroll, medical disability discrimination, etc. We need help.
