More details to this question:
I need to know what I am supposed to do about this problem I am having at work with the man who runs the job being unfair and impartial. When I have tried to talk to him he does not listen and brushes me off. Then I have had to ask to leave early because one of my kids and I got told that I would be fired if I did. I can't just go out a find another job no one will hire me. So please help me with this situation. Thank you.
