What do i do legally?

I failed to show up to work at 530am a let 3 employees know job is shut down. I came in today . I was yelled at cussed at then demoted to jiw. I put all my company things on his desk and leave. He wanted to speak with me . I went next store with him . Kicked everyone out the told me to sit down. He began to yell i stood up then he instantly grabbed me by my collar and thrusted into tables and chairs. The project manager walked in then tried to help. I kept telling "im not doing this with you. Im not going to hurt you".then the project manager broke it up. In this process my lower back became sore. Right toes a bit numb. Made an appointment with chiropractor today. These are not the first acts of aggression and disrespect. What do i do?
