More details to this question:
I lost my job because of an office love affair with the owner of the business and the manager. The reason of their affair was because the owner was after me first but I don't have any interest in him so he retaliated and started using the manager. The manager by the name of, Melissa Torres always took it for granted knowing he lives in North Carolina while we're in Texas. Melissa and the assistant by the name of, Rolando Gutierrez didn't know I didn't like the owner. They just knew they had to take him for granted as he is far away and were very arrogant and hostile with everyone and laugh. I always still told the owner I could help him with the business because we were at work after all and was not supposed to be personal but he was adamant. If I did not want to have an affair with him, he didn't want to hear anything from me. Melissa and Rolando ended up terminating me so they can stay in denial. I was there for 10 years. Do I have a case for defamation a wrongful termination?

If the sexual relationship was based on keeping your job, then you may have a strong civil rights case. Speak with local counsel for more specific advice.
