More details to this question:
On August the 11 I was terminated for asking a question at a company meeting which led to an argument.the question I asked was, " why do it seems like he was always triing to punish his employees and of he had a problem with me cuz I was feeling discriminated against. Now this is a small company that was like a family so arguing between employees and the Boss was am everyday thing.now grant it most of the employees at that time was actual family members. Now my concern at that time was how I was getting treated after I can back from a treatment center. The day I got back to work he pulled me aside and said, "I was nice to you but now I an going to treat you like an ass hole".Now I was with this company for 8 years and after I said something about feeling discriminated against, he looked me straight on the I and said u are about to feel really discriminated against.he walked away yelled at someone else came back and said you fired.there is more but not enuff space left

In most circumstances, if you have been discriminated against on the basis of race, color, sex, national origin, religion, disability or age 40 or older, you must file a claim with the EEOC within 180 says of the date of the discriminatory act.
