More details to this question:
I was off work do to blood clotting in my leg.. came back to work tryied to work thru it(3wks) ….I was off again for the same thing for 2months while I was off was also being treated for a foot issue ..upon return I was told my fmla was expired and I couldn't come back in the same pos.....I was told that one day before surgery on my off day
