What recourse do we have regarding workplace harassment?

More details to this question:
After lodging complaints with our supervisor about our manager and nothing being done about it, the four of us who came forward have been harassed and threatened with our jobs, one of us has already been fired and one has put in her notice unable to handle the stress any longer after nine years of employment. Do we have any recourse? Please help.

It depends on the nature of harassment, i.e. is it sexual, or as the result of legally protected activity, whistle blowing or race, etc. If yes, than the employee who was terminated would at least have a potential retaliation claim. Your first action should be to contact myself or another attorney who handles these matters

It helps that there are several of you. You will not be able to obtain a fair evaluation of any claims within the scope of a site like this, but it sounds like there is enough to warrant your meeting in person with an attorney to better cover the background. I recommend each of you, separately, write out a history/timeline on a note pad. What you think you will remember, you will not remember as time passes. You'll want something with which to refresh your recollection. If you have anything concrete, voice mails, E-mails or documents of any sort, certainly preserve them.
