My boss wrote me up for something a few weeks ago. I have him on camera doing what I was punished for. I have talked to HR over this and nothing has been done. What legal action can I take?

There are no legal claims you can make in this situation based on these facts. North Carolina is an employment-at-will state which allows employers to treat employees unfairly.
