I was called into my supervisor's office for alleged sick leave abuse a month prior to termination. At the time I had over 500 hours of sick leave. My supervisor knew that I had been ill and had several surgeries she never suggested family medical leave. Workman's comp was also included in this alleged sick leave abuse report she had typed up. . I tried to talk to my supervisor and her supervisors about this but no one would talk to me. I went to HR and the director sided with the supervisor. A couple days before I was terminated I was called in and accused of turning someone away from the business, which is not true. . I believe all of this stemed from retaliation, race, and age by my supervisor.I had done an evaluation on my supervisor a few months earlier and only she saw the results. Normally the employer does not do peformance evaluations on employees.
