When a supervisor calls female workers bitches and it is brought to the manager and nothing is done what happens

When there is many allegations brought to the manager or HR for sexual harassment comments such as Pregnant women have no place on my shift.talking to other associates about their private business such as attendance is there something that can be done or when a male employee keeps asking a female to go spend the weekend with him and all they go is talk to him isn’t that considered sexual harassment.
