Will a budging cervical disc ever get any better?

More details to this question:
I fell at work, and C2-7 are bulging and pressing on nerves causing numbness and pain in the arm, leg, upper back, with more severe pain and also L-5 bulging pressing on nerves causing sciatic nerve pain and numbness in foot nerves jump often in left eye. I can’t sit, lie down really uncomfortable and just miserable.
