Will I get fired for take short breaks?

More details to this question:
My manager got mad at me for not taking a full 30 minute break. I told him I do not like taking long breaks because it takes time out of my paycheck and that I usually just take 10-15 minute long breaks. I work at McDonalds.

If you are over the age of 17, your employer can legally work you without giving you any breaks.  However, the company is well within the law to tell you to take a thirty minute break whether you want to or not.
