Hi, My employment contract has mentioned the below terms. Will it be a problem If I breach it by giving 2 weeks of notice? EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT: 1) TERM of Employment Agreement: 12 months on project 2) Notice period: One month notice 3) Breach of TERM: $2500.00 per month 4) Insufficient notice/ penalty: $2500.00
