More details to this question:
I was working at Planet automotive In charlotte nc. A car dealership and was terminated because i purchased a car from some where else. I was only employed for a couple of weeks and my supervisor told me not tip come back in due to me not buying one of his vehicles because he felt that i was in the wrong.

North Carolina is an employment-at-will state and you can be terminated for any reason.
