More details to this question:
I worked for 25 years with exceptional reviews from all former managers . I brought up a compliance issue and pay at one of my reviews (2016) and since then I have been verbally abused and my work day is hostile due to this manager. I received a write up and I signed that I did not agree and reported the harrasment I was receiving . I waited and the only thing that happened was this manager making each day more hostile . I began having to work 10 hour days . I heard nothing from this first complaint so I set up another meeting with HR , after being given 3 days off with. NO explanation . I filed another written complaint to HR (2017) . I was verbally threatened again . I was told that I could not know anything about process and that I could be fired for reporting .I used all policy's as I have read to do in the company handbook .I was fired Dec. 22 ,2017 because I refused to shake my managers hand . Is there anything I can do ?
