I was fired today for walking off the job 2 days in a row but both day I told my supervisor and he said he didn’t care if I left but the whole reason I was leaving those days was even because there is a girl that works there and she has been screaming at people and stuff for over a month and they have done nothing about it I put up with it for the month but then she threw a solid metal object at our boss and almost hit 2 other workers while doing it now we were all talking to HR and the boss of the whole building about it and she is still working there and I got fired along with everyone else that was complaining about her I feel this is wrongful termination and also wrong on a lot of levels because it was a hostile work environment and they are firing all the people that reported for a reason that doesn't make sense because our supervisor told us we could leave and had permission to do so
