More details to this question:
I believe I was wrongfully terminated in June 2014. I was put on a pregnancy restriction and was immediately discharged from my position. I collected unemployment, but I believe I deserved more. I was a good nurse there and was only written up one time. Do I even have an ounce of a chance of fighting them for settlement for the amount of stress and everything they caused me? It took me 6 months to find a new job. I worked hard to get a job during those six months. I am still behind financially due to this

It depends on why you were terminated, but if it was because of pregnancy discrimination, then you had 300 days to file a charge of discrimination. The time may have passed and you may be unable to proceed. You should contact an employment attorney who handles pregnancy discrimination cases immediately.
