A young lady on my old jog, just came in one day, and said, I was sexually harassing her. She said that she had been documenting, time of this actions. Please note, she is a new lady to the job, and we had spoke about the way I speak. I told her, if I say anything she don't like, please let me know. Then I will adjust the way I speak to her. She never did. She just continue to document. I have been with the company for 8 years, there is, aprox. 25 lady's that work, in the office. I have never been warn or anything close to that. I got fired. She never told me not to speak to her, unless it's company business. I have her on camera, video, coming to the break room, all week long speaking to me. She told me about her whole life. The move from up north, to the dude she moved with, that dumped her, to the apartment, she was getting, to the furniture store, she was buying her furniture from. that do not sound like someone harassing you. That sound like you thought he had feelings for you too

Not sure what your question is, however, an employee in North Carolina can be terminated for good reason, bad reason or no reason at all.  Alleged sexual harassment is a good reason to fire an employee whether it is true or not.  You cannot file a wrongful firing claim in North Carolina unless you can prove the motive for the termination was unlawful discrimination or unlawful retaliation.
