More details to this question:
I'm mad because the police did an illegal search and seize and blackmailed me into signing papers agreeing to be a C.I. and it's haunted me in my town although I've never cooperated it's still causing me problems and I'm mad because they should have never came up in my house in the first place . they said that they were going to slap my friends with the same charges they were going to hit me with and they said that they would help me get my son back if I did cooperate.

Not sure what you're expecting to happen here. If you agreed to be a snitch and the neighborhood found out about it, thats not something you get far trying to blame law enforcement for. If you contend there was an illegal S&S you should have retained a lawyer right then and dealt with it directly. If you want to spend the money you can always hire a criminal lawyer or civil rights lawyer at some expense to answer any questions you have.
